Ivor Parnham Building Services Limited was formed in 1982.

The major type of work undertaken in the past has been concrete repairs and structural repairs on motorway bridges, high rise buildings, and structural repairs to prestigious historical buildings along with many other unusual projects.

The company has developed various other lines of work including structural defect surveys, site sampling, half-cell testing, coring, roped access inspections, specialist cover meter surveys (Ferroscan) and site management on structural refurbishment projects. The company has also completed several projects in freezer stores working at temperatures of -30 °C as well as carrying out confined space working.

No job is too small or too difficult, that's why the company has continued successful trading with recommendations coming from word of mouth rather that advertising.

The company is committed to staying small so as not to dilute the specialist knowledge and every project has full time involvement from one of our engineers.

The company will work anywhere in the country on projects up to £100,000 in value depending on time scales. We have managed projects up to the value of £300,000.

Our major clients include local authorities, large hotel groups, property companies, research bodies among others.

We are BRE Associates and regularly work with them and for them.
